Error with delivery: If you have been sent the wrong size then please contact a member of our team and we will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return the item to us. We will aim to replace your item (either a direct replacement or suitable alternative), but if this can't be done, you will receive a refund for the box value of the item returned.
Monthly members: As a perk of being a monthly member, you have the option of returning your item for free. Simply contact our team and we will send you out a prepaid postage label. Please let us know if you would like a substitute or a refund for the box value of the item you have returned.
Other: If you would like to return your item, please send it to 30 Roseway, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 2PR. Note that if we issue you a refund for the box value of that item, it will not include the postage charge you paid.
