Shipping Policy
One-off boxes All one-off boxes are despatched within 7 days of your order and delivered on a 48-hour service. The short wait is because we design each box for you.
Subscriptions Your first box is sent within 7 days of your order. After that, you're billed on the 1st of each month your box is due (monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months, depending on your plan), and your box is sent on the 21st, or the next working day.
Delivery UK delivery is free. We currently ship to the UK only.
Returns
Wrong size or delivery error If we've sent the wrong size or made a mistake with your order, contact us at members@airdropgolf.com and we'll send you a prepaid postage label. We'll replace the item with the same thing or a suitable alternative, or, if we can't, refund the box value of the returned item.
Eagle members: free exchanges As an Eagle member, you can swap any item for free. Contact us and we'll send you a prepaid postage label. Let us know whether you'd like a substitute or a refund for the box value of the item.
Birdie members and one-off purchases: exchanges You can swap any item. Contact us at members@airdropgolf.com to arrange it, then send the item to 30 Roseway, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 2PR with a note saying who it's from. Return postage is paid by you.
Your right to cancel You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it and get a full refund, including any delivery charge. Tell us within 14 days, then return the items within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you, except for Eagle members, who get a prepaid label. We may reduce a refund if items have been worn or handled more than needed to check them, as you would in a shop.
