Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

If you have signed up by 4th of the month you will receive a box on the 18th. Free UK shipping is provided by a leading courier service (please allow a couple of extra days in case there delays with the courier).

Currently we are only shipping in the UK.


If your items don’t fit then please return it to 30 Roseway, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 2PR and we will replace it for you. Please also include a note to say where the parcel has come from. If we have sent you the wrong size, then please contact our team at and we will send you a prepaid return slip which you can use to post the item back to use for free. We will then replace it with the correct size.  Remember that you can update your sizes and preferences at any time via your members area on our website.
