Error with delivery: If you have been sent the wrong size then please contact a member of our team and we will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return the item to us. We will aim to replace your item but if this can't be done, you will receive a credit on your account for your next box via the rewards program

Monthly members: As a perk of being a monthly member, you have the option of returning your item for free. Simply contact our team and we will send you out a prepaid postage label. You will then get points added to your ADG rewards for the box value of the item which you can use towards discounts off future deliveries

Other: If you would like to return your item, then please send it to 64 Jack Sadler Way, Exeter, EX2 7FP. I don't have a loyalty program now - you will receive a credit on your account for your next box [take off the refund bit]
