Eagle Membership Revealed
Our Eagle box is our premium offering and contains the most value. However, golfers often ask us what is inside. This is a fair question given you are potentially committing £79.99 on a box of mystery golf gear. Although this is a mystery, and it is more fun if we keep it that way, there are some commonalties that we can share with you.
The Eagle membership costs £79.99, and you typically get around £100 of value in each delivery. Some months it can be higher. This refers to the RRP price of the goods inside. We should point out that although we do our best to ensure that the items you receive are not on offer elsewhere, there will be the odd occasion where this happens. Even when this happens, you can very rarely purchase the items in your delivery for less than you paid for the box because we give you so much value. You will win far more than you lose.
You will receive your items in our iconic Airdropgolf orange boxes which always add some excitement to your delivery. This is the only membership where this is the case.
Inside the box will often be a combination of the items mentioned below:
Main apparel item - You will get a main apparel item from one of the big brands in the industry. This can include Nike, Adidas, Puma, Cobra, Penguin and Callaway. As a member, you get visibility of what brand it will be ahead of time so you can skip the month if you don’t like what is coming up. Each month will be different, but you could receive a pullover, polo, shorts, trousers, or a jacket. We plan the boxes for the time of the year so you will get something you can wear straight away (you won’t get a rain jacket in June – although the British weather probably does allow for it). The difference between this and the Birdie membership is that the main apparel item will be premium, so it has a higher value.
Accessory – When we say accessory, we are referring to other clothing items that you may wear. These could be a cap, bobble hat, sunglasses, or a belt. You won’t always get one of these, it depends on what golf equipment we have included in your delivery.
Golf Equipment – These are all the items you may need to play the game. They include golf balls, golf towels, golf gloves, valuables pouches, headcovers, shoe bags, pitch mark repairers, balls markers and more. Not only will these items be practical (new glove for example), but they will also make your golf bag look the part (headcovers, towels etc).
Training Aids – Sometimes we will include training aids in your delivery. Again, we tend to tailor these around the time of the year. So, in the winter you may get indoor putting aids, indoor golf balls and chipping nets. Whereas in the summer you will get aids you can use on the driving range or on the course.
Golf Magazines – On occasions we will include golf magazines in your delivery so you can stay up to date with what is happening in the industry and get tips from the pros on tour. These magazines also include reviews on the latest golf clubs or golf trips abroad.
A typical delivery will include 4-5 items being a main apparel item, an accessory, an item of golf equipment and something smaller such as a pitch mark repair, marker, or golf magazine. This combination can vary. On occasions we will include two main apparel items, or you may just get a fresh pair of golf shoes.
With our Eagle box, you are getting the best of the best brands in golf. Given we have a slightly larger budget to work with, we can provide you with the latest unique designs, rain jackets and special edition items from suppliers.
As with all our golf subscription options, you can switch between memberships as and when you please. You simply log into your Clubhouse Area and swap your product.
